Due to the intricacies of our craft and the alignment with specific moon cycles, days, and times, our spelled candles can only be created twice a month. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

At Alchemy7, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. To help you understand our policies, we have outlined our Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy below.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation:

Return Policy:

Returns for Damaged Items:

• We offer returns for items that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

• To request a return for a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at myv@alchemy7.org or +1 404.791.2098. Be sure to provide details about the damaged item, along with clear photographs of the damage if possible.

• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a full refund, including the cost of the item and any applicable shipping charges.

No Returns for Candles with Lit Wicks:

• We do not accept returns for candles if the candle wick has been lit. This policy is in place for safety reasons, as lit candles cannot be resold.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges for Same or Lesser Value:

• We accept exchanges for products of equal or lesser value within 5 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for exchanges.

• If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
