Returns for Damaged Items:
We offer returns for items that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To request a return for a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at myv@alchemy7.org or +1 404.791.2098. Be sure to provide details about the damaged item, along with clear photographs of the damage if possible.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a full refund, including the cost of the item and any applicable shipping charges.
