Returns for Damaged Items:
We offer returns for items that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a full refund, including the cost of the item and any applicable shipping charges.
No Returns for Candles with Lit Wicks:
- We do not accept returns for candles if the candle wick has been lit. This policy is in place for safety reasons, as lit candles cannot be resold.
Exchanges for Same or Lesser Value:
We accept exchanges for products of equal or lesser value within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
